1967 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT Veloce

VIN# AR 251932

Exterior: Black

Interior: Red

Produced August 29th, 1967 as per letter from Centro Documentazione Alfa Romeo.

This Alfa was comprehensively restored by Swan Restorations in 2013 and then sold at Gooding’s Pebble Beach auction in 2014. It then went to Phoenix AZ where Rex Chambers of Alfa Sport installed a high performance 2 liter engine, new steering box, and upgraded suspension. After the new engine, the car was used on the 1300 mile “Going to the Sun” and the “Arizona 500” and ran flawlessly.

After the rallies the car was put in storage. When we purchased the car in 2020 a full service was performed, the fuel system flushed, and the carbs rebuilt. 6.5 inch wide GTA wheels with Michelin 195/60R15 tires were installed to match the suspension capabilities. The six year old paint was color sanded and buffed and is in excellent condition with only some very minor stone chips on the nose. The original 1600 engine, wheels, and tires are available.

With an engine producing 160 hp in a car weighing just over 2200 pounds, this very nimble Alfa is a joy to drive on the freeways or back roads.
